There's not much in the world you can get for $1 - in fact, there's very little. Even the "dollar stores" around here are now called "$1.25 stores." But last Saturday, we did find something to do for $1. Kailer and I went to a local nursery, just down the road from us, for their Spring Flower and Garden Show. I wasn't sure how the weather would be, but we bundled up and went for about an hour. It cost us $1 to get in (kids were free) and Kailer got to enjoy painting a flower pot and playing in a bounce house. However, he wasn't really sure what to think of the bouncing and I think he was a bit overwhelmed by the bigger kids. But, all in all, it was okay and something to do OUTSIDE of the house!
That sounds like fun! They seriously have $1.25 stores? That is crazy!
ReplyDeleteLove the pot! It is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteActivities like that make me miss Denver. Looks fun and I love the "don't smile" picture.
