Rainman

Lets be honest, I have been MIA for quite awhile now and I'll admit, I haven't even pulled out the camera in many weeks!  The start of the school year always proves to be a challenging time of the year for me and with one week left until things slow down a bit, I'm grasping for my sanity!  In turn my absence has left my Blog looking pretty bleak recently.

Last night, while the three of us were snuggled under blankets on the couch, Dan and I were talking about the weather and the dreaded 4 letter S-word!  Dan said that it would be fun this year because we could go out and build a snowman with Kailer.  Kailer was all-kinds of excited and thought it sounded like a great idea!

So this morning I'm getting Kailer ready to leave and trying to get him to wear his coat; which he proceeds to tell me he doesn't need.  I said, "Yes, you do. It's raining outside and cold."  "So I can make a rainman," he asks?  Uh......gotta love the way kids process things!
