Try

Most 2 year olds today can sing the Frozen theme song verbatim to you ("Do you want to build a snowman?" Anyone?!)....not my 2 year old. She absolutely loves the song "Try," by Coblie Cailat.  She quite literally will listen to it over and over and over and over.....you get the idea!  I know she doesn't understand the meaning of the song, but I do hope that as she grows and becomes a strong young woman she is able to take with her the meaning of the song! 

Here is Aylah listening/watching it for the millionth time and talking to the ladies!  She has asked me several times why the one woman doesn't have hair.  I said that maybe she was sick to which Aylah asked her, "Are you sick?  You can puke in the toilet and then you will feel better."  Oh! ... from the mouth of babes.  It can be quite humbling for me to listen to her and her innocent questions and responses.
